Daily Sauna(15min) and Steam Bath(5mins) does it affect men's sexual performance.?

I mean does it increase or decrease the sexual ability........ regular use of sauna and steam bath. please advise

I don't think it impacts on sexual ability as such. The regular high temperatures might impact on your sperm count though, as being too warm kills of those wrigglers pretty quickly.

So if you're having any issues with fertility, you might give up the hot steam and baths and move to boxers too.

Never bothered me when I did it daily. And had sex daily then as well. Since most guys in the sauna or steam bath also probably worked out as well, they are more capable and generally have better stamina.
