MJ murdered himself, after mutilating himself. He couldn't sue his plastic surgeon, because he was receiving the plastic surgery "AMA" (Against medical advice, therefore he had to assume responsibility for the outcome). Beneficiaries will be various creditors. It has been intimated that virtually the entire Jackson 5 + LaToya are concerned about how much money they will receive, with the exception of Janet. You would have thought they were independently wealthy after all these years. They may have been living off him. It's not likely he needed pills to sleep with those boys. An erect penis has no conscience. He was arguably out-of-control with his life at the height of the "Thriller" era (1983), when he was deified. What none of the monsters surrounding the monster told him was, that when "civilians" get deified, they can also be reviled and despised. Michael was in Show Business. Isn't that the business where they can "boo!" as loud as they can "applaud?" It's really time to let a tortured soul rest. But the music industry will be making money off him at least for the next decade.

He cannot sue He would have had to sign a consent form before any surgeon would or could have operated, & I personally feel that it is his own fault for going too far. Take a look at the thriller album cover he was at his best right there, no need for the changes that have turned him into a planet of the apes extra. Also I am a D.J & hate the fact that I feel awkward when asked to play his music, paedophilia is unforgivable, I know he was found not guilty but ......there is no smoke without FIRE. The same thing applies to Gary Glitter who I think having admitted his guilt should be hung by his testicles in the red hot desert sun & left to be eaten by vultures, but Ithink that for all kiddy tamperers.

I am pretty sure that he used different surgeons as it is so screwed up surely one doctor didn't do all that.
I know money talks but d@mn a doctor couldn't make up that much if he lost a lot of business because folks were scared to go to them when they saw how screwed up Michael Jackson is.
Besides it's karma he got what he had coming to him for molesting them kids.

Think u will find, like most drs that u sign a form saying that u agree to what the surgeon will do and that u will not hold him responsible for what turns out etc......they cover themselves. That's why Leslie Ash couldn't sue!

Jackson was a handsome man. if someone that rich is so mixed up as to imagine he needs all that plastic surgery, and has no one close to advise against it, Im sorry, it's pretty much his own fault. His friends should have advised psychotherapy before he went for the plastic surgery.

How can he?He must of signed a consent form,so his face is his mistake or maybe he likes the way he looks but saying that he is American and although it's a stereotypical thing to say how many Americans have you seen on programs such as Jerry springer who think they look great when they weigh like 20 odd stone and are wearing the shortest of skirts going "I'm all that and a bag of chips"

while doing plastic surgery new skin loses some of its ability and qualities so there will be defect

Although i don't think he should have had it done, how can he sue the surgeon if they did exactly what he wanted? I know he has that illness though. (Doesn't he?)

If everyone sued their plastic sugeon then they would all be bankrupt. He should blame himself because after all they are life long changes and can end up with different results.
Once he used to be the cute black kid who sung, "ABC" and now he's pale white with a chipped nose and and "Accused of molisting children."

well i would be ashamed to go out looking like that, but hay some of his music is great
