is it normal to feel dizzy after you tried to stop youself breathing? i tried this last night and feel really confused dizzy upset and stressed, i am shaking and really hot and don't no what to do i did this as i was stressed my chest and stomache hurts what should i do sensible answers please ?!

if u stop breathing, your body is bound to have a reaction. Why did u stop yourself breathing? do u mean you are still feeling dizzy etc? If u did it last night and still feel like this, u need to see a doctor. how long did u stop breathing 4?

Well the question is why would you want to stop breathing?But the answer is yes its normal as there is a lack of oxygen going to your brain IE dizziness,head aches,shaking its not a good thing to do really is it?

Now why would you want to stop yourself breathing? Surely if you've tried to stop yourself breathing, worrying about being dizzy afterward is kind of a bit besides the point?

First off yes...it would happen if you took away the one thing your body needs. Air is important to everyone and not something I would suggest you made a habit of doing. Was this a test to see if you would pass out if you held your breath? Not a good idea.

I don't think you are normal for trying this! The only reason you should hold your breath is if you are under water or trying to get rid of hiccups! I think you are worrying unconditionally too! If you are stressed take a hot bubble bath with lavender!

I think you should go to the hospital as soon as possible. this is not good signs. hope you feel better soon.

It probably is normal & your body's way of saying "give me oxygen, u crazy......."
