Technical fouls are not 1 possession. They are officially recorded as separate possessions... Also, you get 1 FT for a technical. A Flagrant Foul would also be a separate possession... So the most you can get is 4 points. See Reggie Miller's career for several examples of such.

Well, based on what everyone said regarding technical fouls, you can shoot a 3, get fouled (and flagrant - 2 FT), and a technical fouled called on the entire opposing team. So that's 1 coach, 12 active players, 3 active assistant coach, and 1 trainer.
So that is 22 points.
Now, if you don't include the technical fouls, you can get 5 points + Ball.

You can get Flagrant Fouled on a made 3 pointer and make the 2 free throws, so I guess it's 5 points

you can't know becuase a player can make a foul counted 3 point shot then he can intentionally miss the shot and let a teammate get the rebound then the team can always try the same play again.
