absolutely not. When I was 17 I got pregnant and not married. I had started going to clubs with my sister, when I was 14, sneaking out of house. I believe if I had not done that, I would not have met older guys, and ended up pregnant when I did. She is asking for trouble, that she is not mature enough to handle. Also, most clubs don't allow anyone under 21 to enter, if they want to keep their license, but I know a lot of them do it anyway. I would advise her against it.

Well, she is obviously old enough to work and make decisions as to who she is friends with, so I don't see the problem here. All you can do is tell her you are concerned, warn her about the do's and don'ts (by the way, you don't say what your relationship is with this girl?!) and hope that she has the sense, moral fibre, and upbringing to make the correct decisions in life. Her parents obviously think she does, and are obviously comfortable with the friendship between her and the 24 year old. And remember, we ALL make mistakes, and hopefully learn from them. Be there to help dust her off if she falls, listen to her when she needs a friend, and NEVER try to tell her what to do! This will alienate her from you, which is not what you want to do. Trust her unless she proves you can't!

if her parents are okay with it, you shouldn't be stunned after all, I am assuming that the 24year old, will keep an eye on her. As far as drinking and or using drugs, she doesn't need to go out with a
24 yo in order to do that. So they are probably going to a Christmas celebration and if should be fine. If you are too worried, see if they can squeeze you in. Lots of luck and don't sweat it....how bad can it be if the parents agreed.

Unfortunately I have too say yes it is ok, becuase you actually know that she is going clubbing and who with, and that she is not going behind your back and lieing about her whereabouts. I started too go raving with my mates till 6 in the morning when i was 14, and my parents were aware of it as they trusted me and my friends.

Seems ok to me. My sister was clubbing at 13 years old in Manchester nightclubs. Now she's a solicitor at a top law firm.

have you ever tried chatting which include your mom and telling her you experience such as you're donning most of the burden and probably volunteer to make a honest "chore chart" that could desire to unfold the artwork out. perhaps say we would desire to consistently agree on rules like "freshen up after your self" which will make everyones activity extra handy. call a "family contributors assembly" and attempt to speak those issues out.

I thought that you had to be 18 to into clubs. If its 18 she will be pretty upset that she can't get in.

I got with my husband when I was 17 and he was 22. Being so young doesn't necessarily mean it will be a catastrophe. It can work.

You can only hope that the girlfriend will keep an eye on her. If her parents are okay with it, I'd keep my mouth shut.
