first of all goodluck
i wanna ask u somethin, did u do some research first?
i mean u have to study some main points first, like competition, target customers, how ur gonna promote for it, and positioning.
-competition: u have to make sure there are no other competitors nearby, and if there are, u have to think of some added values, like stuff to attract customers as many customers in egypt has this kind of loyalty, they love what they are used to (old bakeries)
-target customers: you have to study them and decide on who exactly u wanna attract to ur business, so u said workers, students.. keep in mind that u cant satisfy all social classes with one bakery u know, because after u define ur customers, u'll get an idea about the suitable decoration and ways of advertising that will be appealing to them.
-positioning: u have to be aware of giving a certain image when u open the bakery, because the fist impression is the impression that will stick to people's minds, and my image i mean, the whole atmosphere and the look of the bakery.
-ways of Promotion: this depends on the location, u said helioopolis but i dont know where exactly so, its up to u how ur gonna promote for ur business, for a bakery u wont need too much advertising as u dont wanna make it look cheap. low quality flyers can make the business go downnn, so plz dont go for that.
anyways, i dont think i can give u my opinion about whether it will succeed or not cause u didnt provide enough info, which is understandable cause of the space here:) but i thought maybe the points i mentioned above will be helpful to u, i wish u the best of luck, and tell us how it goes after u open it enshaa Allah:)

depends on the audience! for me, this will be like a dream come true.. im a coffee addict, and i love to hang out in such a place where i can have GOOD coffee and something nice to eat.. something like cilantrofor example.. however, when i go to cilantro, the smoke really bothers, so its a very good idea that it's a non smoking place (that was from my personal point of view as a consumer)
however, when u come to think of the rest of the population, the non smoking thing might be a bit of a problem, besides, the majority of young ppl now, unofrtunately, like to hang out somewhere where they can smoke shisha, hear loud music (not classical at least) and where they'll be able to smoke freely
so, in my opinion, u have to think again abt the audience ur targeting, coz with what u've described, u'll get a limited, though very fine, number of people
one more thing, ur opening it in heliopolis, right? u have to remember that the most people who will come will be heliopolis and nasr city residents.. so try to offer them something that they cant find elsewhere
best of luck!

Congratulations, Insha2allah it's going to work just fine.
It all depends on the exact location of the bakery. I wish you the best of luck although unfortunately I will most likely not be able to go because it's almost traveling distance from where I live (6th of October city)

i think you have to know first who will be your customers. i.e. the spending capability of those youth, can they afford a place like that if they are unemployed? your prices will make a big difference, you don't want it to be too low so that you keep your place clean "physically and morally". well, i don't know how you're gonna do that.
i think you have to reconsider other two things:
the classical music!!?
and the no smoking allowed part! you will lose lots of customers by that decision!
