Me and my friend have had an argument about this. I say they can and she says that would be stupid. Is a turkey like a penguin?

Domesticated turkeys cannot fly but wild turkeys can fly. So your arguement becomes draw. dont fight.

Turkeys can only fly when you throw them, and if they're in the freezer department of your local supermarket they can't fly at all.

depends how fat they are.....
they can fly a very little amount its hardly worth counting. best way to find out it drop one out of a window. it it can fly it will fly away if turkeys cant fly.... it will hit the ground...
end or the argument...
