i am secrectley in love with a chick i work with, i want to let know my feeling in a special. her birthday is coming up on 31st. i would like to buy her a gift that will be "effective" and meaningful on my feelings and affordable. any suggestions?

it depends on her. how much u know her? u should know what sort of things she likes and what makes her smiling? try that...........make the day very special!
if i were u i would rather try for loads of red roses with a lovely card with lovely say and a very special warm kiss(if possible)!
if u feel necklace is best go for it.......!
