If you are serious, then you could start right away by achieving important goals. What this planet most values are people with high values, cultivated, energetic and with will. Margaret Meade stated: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."-- so you get an idea of, indeed, what a single person is capable of: you, or me or the guy that's reading this answer and saying "huh?" is an entity with the power of making a way to a better world. Right now we are approximately 6,671,717,089 persons in this world. We need only a few for a change, so ARE YOU WILLING to accept this task?

there are many organizations that work for the cause you are interested in..like green peace etc...you can join them or learn from them and start on your own ... you can also reach out to the society and make a difference through art..

Noble thought if you are serious you have a golden heart
It is difficult to have such world but not impossible. it is difficult to reach every where with these life it will take a long time.
you only need is to speak out. And make people around you familiar with your thoughts.
