i really dont understand how the female players just put the tennis ball into their shorts/skirts and it stays there cos there does not seem to be any pocket and they just put their hand in and the tennis ball is out.can anyone explain how exactly this works???????

I am a female and I play tennis. I carry the extra balls a couple of ways. Some of my skirts have built in shorts. When I wear these skirts I can tuck the ball between the fabric of the short and my leg.
Other times I wear tennis 'panties'. These have a small upside down pocket sewn on the leg. I can put the ball in there and the elasticized opening holds the ball.
My tennis pants and shorts have pockets but should they not I have a tennis ball holder that clips to my waistband and I can hold a ball in there.

Yes, female tennis players just put the tennis balls and being tuck-in into their shorts or skirts without any pockets and pull out
the tennis balls as soon as they toss these balls...

Most of the skirts are tight, as you probably know already. All you have to do is put it in and it stays! Some skirts have pockets too, but the ones that dont have pockets and that aren't that tight, you just have to put the ball up a little higher towards the elastic of the skirt, and it stays in place. Same with shorts, you just put it in the tightest spot between the fabric and your leg and it stays.

THEY ACTUALLY DONT PUT THE BALLS IN ANY POCKETS OR ANYTHING ,BUT THEY JUST PUSH THE BALL IN BETWEEN THE TIGHT SKIRT/SHORT SO THAT IT REMAINS THERE TIGHT BETWEEN THEIR OWN SKIN AND THE CLOTH OF THE SKIRT/SHORT

I really like long dresses. My bf desires the short ones. So my closet is loaded w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
