I laugh too but depends on the fall.

When I see people fall I ask if they are ok first, if they are then I laugh,if they are not I help them.

It takes weak people to laugh when a person falls. But, just let them laugh; they are showing a need for happiness. I read that most people who laugh at persons who fall are only showing their education level is nothing to be proud of.

The world doesn't always laugh at you! Maybe it just seems that way because your world is made up solely from your collection of memories?- its the epitome of being subjective.

If you mean metaphorically fall down, then its because when you're up high you don't even notice the laughter.
If you just meant literally slip on a banana peel and fall, IDK... its easier to laugh at someone else's expense LOL
