Get him a leather jacket, an outfit from his favorite store or go to Macy's or get him the cologne with the gift package. Find out what he's been wanting. Make sure no one else is getting the same thing. Happy Holidays.

Gather all his friends and throw him a surprise party. I would say give him something that you can make. But since you're a guy too, it may look kinda gay. Does he like cars? Maybe a miniature car works well.
