Thomas Jones against Tampa Bay, or Ladell Betts against New Orleans. My other running back i am starting is Larry Johnson.

I would go with Betts; he is facing NO's defense, but Tampa has always been stingy against the run. As well as others mentioning that Jones is splitting time with Benson, at least Betts is the undisputed full-time back in Washington, and you don't have to worry about losing TDs to a goal-line back.
So start Betts; he racked up 150+ last week.

Definitely Thomas Jones against Tampa Bay. Even though Betts had a good week this week, it was against a horrible run defense (Eagles). Even though Thomas Jones is splitting time with Benson, he is the starter and has the chance to make a big play for a touchdown -- example today -- 30 yard touchdown run -- Benson had no touchdowns only 50 yards. You have to choose the running back that is playing the weaker running defense... and in this case it it definitely Jones over Betts.
