Iv been getting a really watery mouth just lately and my boobs are really sore and its been going on for ages and nothing is stopping it not even hot baths or showers and that usually helps becoz i get it for 2 days before my period but im not due for my period for over 2 weeks!! Iv been feeling a little nausea!!

anything now can be a sign of pregnancy. but when ever i get really watery mouth, i end up really nauseated afterward. and... wait... why exactly am i answering this question? i'm not pregnant!! heck... i'm not even a woman!! eeeep!!

I had sore boobs... but didn't have the watery mouth issue.

The cramping could have been implantation, i don't recall any white discharge when i was preg- it seems a bit early for dizziness, and nausea, but everyone is different.

It defitnetly can be...Some pregnant woman tend to have more saliva in their mouth..its normal...I do....I have episodes once in a while were I just keep swallowing saliva for a few minutes.

i'd say an increase in salivation would be a sign of nausea....and nausea is certainly a sign of pregnancy!
