My younger brother was paralyzed from the waist down a couple of years ago. He cooks, cleans the house, adapted his truck himself so he could drive it with hand controls, takes a shower, has full custody of his small son, goes deer hunting, fishes often, goes camping, goes to school, and is starting a taxidermy business. However, if he was paralyzed from the neck down then the family would assist him in all of these activities.

I dont think you can clean up yourself if you are paralized. you need someone to do it for you. Actually it depends on what part of your body was paralized, if its half of your, thats a different case then.

Why are you asking question like this in the pets section?
If you had any sense you would realize that all people who are paralysed have carers who do all their tasks for them, washing, dressing, cleaning and feeding as well as all their bodily functions.
Now go and grow up.

it depends on the condition of your paralisys...usually it's the waist down, then you can use your arms, but if it's the neck down....then as they say in ebonics--u b fu**ed!!
