The Grateful Dead used to be the band that the underground could "put in their pocket". They've since been over-exposed by posers and people wanting to appear "intellectual". A true "Dead Head" knows them inside and out and their favorite song will most likely be one that a poser has never heard of. I love Jerry Garcia and his genius that made up the band. But nowadays, it's just to cliche to dig them. I hope that made sense!

I do, I love them....I have a CD with 75 minutes worth of 'Scarlet Begonias' that I listen to...it's my favorite song of theirs :)
