After he was captured by the bolivian forces and the cia ,the unit receives the order to execute Guevara and the other prisoners. Lt. Pérez asks Guevara if he wishes anything before his execution. Guevara replies that he only wishes to "die with a full stomach." Pérez asks him if he is a "materialist" and Guevara answers only "perhaps." When Sgt. Terán (the executioner) enters the room, Guevara stands up with his hands tied and states, "I know what you have come for I am ready." Terán tells him to be seated and leaves the room for a few moments. While Terán was outside, Sgt. Huacka enters another small house, where "*****" was being held, and shoots him. When Terán comes back, Guevara stands up and refuses to be seated saying: "I will remain standing for this." Terán gets angry and tells Guevara to be seated again. Finally, Guevara tells him: "Know this now, you are killing a man." Terán fires his M2 Carbine and kills him on the11/28/67 ..

Che' was betrayed by Fidel Castro. Castro told Che's capturers where to find him. Fidel never really learned to share. He saw the young handsome man as a potential threat to the thing he loved most: POWER. Still Che' was treated far better than those in Cuban prisons today. Truth is communism is the direct cause of over 100 million dead world wide and Che' was a man devoted to spreading this godlessness. I'm sure he shall spend all eternity in a very special place just for him...

Che Guevara was shot in Bolivia by government forces under the direction of the American Government (CIA).
Che was a good friend of Castro's during the Cuban revolution.
After he died, he was touted as a martyr for revolutionary causes by many including the American youth who were against the Viet Nam war.

Try searching on Che Guevara (A revolutionary terrorist mercenary). He was executed by the Bolivian Government in 1967 for directing a revolutionary movement.
