Yes, Jay Leno did some, but the King of the Doritos commercials was Chevy Chase.
No Doritos commercials were more funny than the one with Chevy Chase rescueing the little old lady and then grabbing the chips instead.
And then there was the followup with the commercial being canceled in mid filming (a parody of his short lived night show) and him being ok with it as long as he could keep the chips.

Several celebs have advertised Doritos - Jay Leno, as mentioned.
Also, Ali Landry was the "doritos girl" for her famous Doritos Superbowl commercial.

True Jay Leno did do one of them, but I still think one of the best was the beautiful model/actress Ali Landry. It was a very sexy, but classy commercial and she is still considered, "The Doritos Girl."

Jay Leno b4 his Tonight Shows tenure. He said "...that there was on other chip that can jump-start your horse." (motorcyle). And it did precisely that on air.
