purely... sure! I run both Explorer and Firefox. purely receive a sparkling browser and set up it. you'd be requested in case you want to make the hot browser your "default". this signifies that everytime you click on a link outdoors of a browser (eg CD, e-mail or any URL no longer in an internet site) the default browser will ope the link. I somewhat have both IE and Firefox in my initiate menu so i visit choose which browser i favor to apply. a good type of persons swear by one or yet another yet in reality it truly is all all the way down to inner most decision. there are a good type of different browsers accessible and also you may set up as many as you want.

I have two browsers too,IE7 and firefox. IE7 is my default browser because it is the only browser for Microsoft and Windows updates. Firefox is enabled. If you are using XP you can customise your setting in the Add/Remove Program menu in the Control Panel. . When the Add/Remove Program box appears, click 'Set Program Access and Defaults', Then click 'Custom'. Adjust your settings from there and then click 'OK' and close.

No Problem. One will want to be default. Meaning, when you open an HTML file stored on your PC which one launches. SO pick one for that. Otherwise, you may use them both at the same time, alternate or whatever.

Just to add my 2 cents. You will always need IE as one of your browsers. Why you ask? You will need it to conduct your daily updates on windows. Anytime you login to microsoft.com for updates, you will need IE as non of the other browsers are supported for updates from MS servers.

Cheers!
