how do i get reed of this ants? what kind of pest controle do i need?

Why do you think the construction of the house has anything to do with it?
Best thing to do is open a child care service in your house. As soon as all the parents are gone you break out the shiny ant stomping patent leather shoes and tell the kids to put them on. Then you put the ant stomp song on the stereo. and there you go.

I can well understand why you felt so disturbed by what you witnessed, I think I would have felt the same. One difficulty is you don't know for sure what the woman's age is. It's not always easy to estimate the age of a person. You say she looks in her early 20s, but could she be a 15 year old who looks old for her age - just like he does? I wish I knew how better to advise you. If I were you, my instinct would be to have a confidential chat with the headteacher at the school. He or she should have a better idea of how to proceed, if at all. If nothing else, they'll at least be aware of the issues surrounding this kid (including the possible drug abuse as well). A number of answerers say the woman is a paedophile. Assuming she is over 16, is that really a fair description? If the questioner's suspicion is right, and we have a 15yo boy and 24yo woman flirting around together, that is a little unusual, but it doesn't exactly make her a paedophile does it, surely? Mind you, she will have crossed a legal boundary and could get into quite a bit of trouble.

Simple problem --- had this problem 6 months ago --- get a container of Boric Acid (Home Depot or Lowes) and put a small amount (read about one tablespoon per gallon) in a mixture of sugar water and leave it out for the ants to drink. I used Kool Aid for the sugar water. The ants will line up in droves to drink it and bring it back to their nest. The Boric Acid will kill them. It will take a couple of weeks to work on a bad problem , so give it time.

Outside Treat around the areas of the house that touch the ground. Then put ant stations around the house where you see them.
This would be a start.

go to the store and get stuff for your yard. ask them to recommend something. don't bother with the inside -- you will kill yourself faster than you will the ants.
