why must we go thru power struggles in our relationships and how do u overcome it

Power struggles are nothing more than learning about the other person and to waht extent they can be pushed.
You overcome it by learning to compromise and have a little give and take in your relationship.

I think we have to go through all the different power struggles and life's other struggles to make us who we are .We have to become strong enough to deal with these things so we can have good relationships.

we must go through power struggles to overcome its just a test of our faith im a strong believer that afamily that prays together stays together so the two of you need to be on one accord with GOS as the head

It's a bundle of things, mainly insecurity, being immature, and wanting control of the situation. I guess once we realize that we truly can't control anyone but ourselves-we'd learn to get along better that way. As we get older, and more mature, we start to realize it's not that important to always be right, AND the sooner we start caring more about our self in life, instead of worrying about what everyone else might think, the sooner our whole life will be better!!!!!

U never will get rid of power struggles no matter where you are, work even! Be honest, caring, understanding which most people aren't. Stand your ground tho, do not get athletes foot on your head!

We are two different people trying to exist together. You overcome it by talking and trying to see where the other person is coming from as well as considering yourself. Good luck.
