Yes, I do and I give thumbs up to the ones I think are good and then I pick the best answer. If people are willing to take the time to answer my questions, I feel that I should take the time and read them.

Defintely! When I ask a question it's important enough for me to take the time to do so and I really appreciate everyone that takes the time to respond.
