it depends on how long it's that way. they fill their pouches with food and sometimes it's just in one side, but within a couple hours they unpouch. if it stays that way for over a day she may have an impacted cheek pouch where something got stuck in it and will need a vet. small animal vet can fix it easily. possibly a tumor but doubtful since it wouldnt just suddenly appear.
u havent fed her any chocolate or sticky foods have u?

top respiration infections are the finest rationalization for lack of existence in hamsters. They virtually continually cutting-edge themselves with crusty eyes and worked respiratory. The swollen cheek will be unrelated. the different risk will be that he replaced into bit by your different hamster. examine his pores and skin thoroughly. both way, it sounds like your little guy has an infection of a few type. i'd call a vet and a minimum of ask them what to do. Hes gonna choose antibiotics. maximum canine and cat vets will deal with hamsters or a minimum of be able to point you contained in the right route of one that does. purely ask.

Hamsters have pouches in their cheeks to store food in. See if it goes away by tomorrow.

You don't need to do anything. Hamsters store food in their mouths. Sometimes both sides, sometimes only one side. I think its pretty cute!

It's most likely that she is pouching her food. Hampsters stick little bits of food into their cheecks and are quite happy to keep them there until they consume them sometimes days later.
The link below has some limited info on this behavior.
