That shouldn't be too difficult. Maria is only one of the most common girls' names and Russia is the biggest country in the world. I know a couple of Maria B's myself. I think you might need some more info.

No offense, but that's like asking me where can I find John Smith. Where does she live? What's her Zip code(Postal code)? etc, etc.
It's impossible to find her. Look at the other postings in the Russian section. If she did something then report it to the proper authorities. But the problem is the police are all crooked. If you sent money then kiss it goodbye. Check your Embassy website for further details.

Try contacting the Russian police or authority's responsible for these kinda things. IF this person really exists where did u hear of them?
