Definitely NOT blazer. A blazer is a woman's "tailored" looking informal jacket, reaching below the waist to the hip.
The sweaters of which you speak are cropped sweaters.
The jackets, depending on the length are a little more complicated. A jacket that falls at the waist is a cropped jacket. A jacket the ends just below the bust or higher is a bolero.
I was obsessed with fashion once upon a time, even wearing modern trends years ago. (I loved leggings under short dresses growing up, and wore skirts over my jeans back when many girls thought it absurd now that the legging/skirt '80's are over)

BYB is a way to differentiate these people from serious breeders. BYBs are only doing it for the money. They don't take good care of the pups or the mom. They won't get vaccines done. They won't feed the proper diet. They breed as often as they can and sell the pups to anyone who will give them the money. Serious breeders care about their dogs. They make sure mom and the dad are in really good health before breeding. They will only breed, at most, once a year. They take the pups in for checkups and vaccinations. They only sell once they've had a chance to question the buyers and talk about the seriousness of owning a puppy.
