The layout is a little disoreinting, though there does seem to be some good info once you get past that. Also, mixing the ads in with everything else like that makes me more inclined to pass the page by, as opposed to a page that has the ads in a designated zone where it is clear that they are ads.
It's a good start though, with a little organization, labeling and proportional balance you could be on your way to a nice page.

i think the wall paper is a bit disturbing. and the colours used are distracting too...try to standardise a colour for all your pages. preferably black or simply white.
