36.00/1.20 = 3600/120 = 360/12 = 60/2 = 30

1.20/36.00
Move the decimals over so it becomes 120/3600
Divide as normal. 120 goes into 360 3 times.
Drop the zero.
120 cannot go into zero so a 0 will follow the 3.
Answer 30.

(36.00/1.20) * (10/10) = 360/12 = (30*12)/(1*12) = 30/1 = 30
