No, I don't think so... Tsunade doesn't seem to have interest in Orochimaru...

I don't think that Tsunade would like Orochimaru even if he turned good for a few reasons.
One reason would be that she is quite busy, being the Hokage running the village at a time when a lot of things are going on plus she had been doing her own thing before then and had interest in other things but didn't seem like love.
Also Orochimaru had done too many bad deeds that I dont think she would fall in love with someone like that. He killed the formor Hokage who was beloved by many and which ended up forcing her to take the job she didnt have interest at first, destroyed the village in his attack and has affected alot of people and taken alot of lives.
Also Tsunade's passion seems to be gammbling then anything else so i'm sure when she's not busy that's what she's interested in
Plus her past love who died, still remains strong in her heart so I think she loved him too much that she probably wouldn't have interest in any other person because it affected her too much.

I don't think Tsunade would like Orochimaru even if he turned good. Since Jiraiya got basted by Tsunade, I think it will also happen to Orochimaru. Even though they are friends when they were still under the supervision of the 3rd Hokage.

Tsunade will never love Orochimaru because even though he's dead she still loves her boyfriend. Besides even if he were to become good (Which is a laugh and a half) He'd be confined. There is abosolutely no way the village would ever except him again. You forget he killed the 3rd Hokage. So He'd be an outcast.... Besides Tsunade Hates him and Jiraiya lol
