The word you're looking for is 'lesbian'.
'lezzie' and 'lesbo' are both childish and offensive abbreviations, and shouldn't be used as they are insulting.

idon't know maybe lezzie is cooler than being called a lesbo. or it has to do if your a dike or not

i dunno guess some call themselves lez or lesbo..just depends on what 2 use..and yeah..some take offense to the terms..but there is not much difference in the terms..all in all it means the same women who love women..
