I think so becuase it big and everyone keep talking about it it the first major attack i heard in America. Police and Firefighter sacifice there life to save millions of people trap in the WTC and there a lot of book about that.

I have to agree with the people who said December 7th (Pearl Harbor) isn't, so this shouldn't either.

We should always remember what happened that day, just like we remember what happened at Pearl Harbor, but not in a "let's all take off of work and school" holiday.

Yes it should be as lots of people lost their lives but it should be a world day holiday not just in America but around the world. People who lost a loved one will always remember and never forget and so should others.

I think that everyone should have a normal day, since the point of the attack was to prevent us from having normal days. There should be a moment of silence/prayer/meditation throughout the country at the proper time in remembrance.

It's a day of horrible death and disaster. It should be REMEMBERED, but probably not a holiday. Not for a while anyway. Good question, though. Insightful.

I don't think its a good idea at all, maybe a day of remembrance like we do for pearl harbor but that's about it

It's a day of wretched disaster, and suffering for our nation. There should be no joyous holiday to remember it by.
