one of my friends has many big veins in his arms, some of my other friends thinks it looks cool while some thinks it's gross. How do you get big veins in your arms??? I don't want to get big veins I just want to know where you get it, so i won't get it. Is it safe for him to get those big veins??? One of my friends told us that uou get those veins if you get tired then you wet your self, is that true??? Because sometimes I play basketball for about an hour and I go to shower, is it safe or not? Will I get those big ugly veins?? What are ways to avoid those? If i get those veins will it be safe???

Personally, I don't find large veins very attractive. As muscle is used, blood flow increase, i.e., large veins. It's not unhealthy, maybe a little unattractive if they are very large.
