Compare Democracy and Communism. What would be the best reason for having each and why?

For a better health reform, communism may be better for our society as a whole, but for free enterprise, a democracy is better (in my opinion). What's your opinion and why? If you like my question, give me a thumbs up and let me know. Thanks.

Communism doesn't work. We all get taken down to some slummy standard of living while communist officials living it up off near slave labor.

Democracy is flawed in that a Democracy of 300,000,000 people would be a lumbering bureaucratic sloth. I'm glad we live in a Republic.

In a democracy you can change the government provided you educated, being literate necessarily does not qualify you to be intelligent whereas in communism you cannot. There is a joke on BBC by Dave Allen where the communist leaders ( USSR) along with their followers snatch the vehicle and clothes of the rich and send them with their followers to be hanged. the two leader put on the same clothes and drive the vehicle away to the next street where they are caught by a mob or the same mob who are on their way hanging rich people. A poor man will always blame the rich for all his problems but as soon as he becomes richer he does nothing for the poor

Communism is an economic systems, not a political systems. You can compare it to capitalism if you want.

I think that in a more advanced world, where humanity mainly cared about spiritual things and the well being of everyone, communism would be the way to go. Unfortunately, we are still too vain as a species and care mostly about material things. So in the real world of today, capitalism is the way to go.
