Psoriasis maybe but she should be checked just in case it's contagious. Wouldn't want that. It could also be Fifths disease, this is VERY contagious. http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvrd/revb/respiratory/parvo_b19.htm
This gives you some info on fifths disease. On psoriasis http://www.psoriasis.org/about/psoriasis/
This sounds more like what you or her may have. But a consult with a doctor is still needed because for both prescription medication is needed.

Hope this helps!

You've been giving her hypersensitive reaction remedy WITHOUT consulting a vet first? Yeah you quite have to name the vet the next day. You will also be hazardous her immune method correct now, specifically if that is an autoimmune ailment. If her mom used to be recognized to have an autoimmune ailment she will have to have by no means been bred, given that it is genetic, so that is surely what your puppy has. But a vet demands to do a dermis scrape and assessments due to the fact not anything is certain by means of her signs you defined. And PLEASE one day do not self medicate. This can quite have performed alot of harm. I've been there. My puppy has an autoimmune ailment and I used prednisone and hypersensitive reaction remedy and it simply wrecked havoc on her immune method, making it even more difficult to manage her ailment. I went to a holistic vet to get their recommendation except my mainstream traditional vet. Working at the side of either one of them I used to be equipped to heal my puppy, now not simply suppress the indicators with drugs. It's regularly less expensive to regard a obstacle within the starting earlier than it will get worse.

It's a good idea to have her see a doctor, yes. You didn't mention where this skin was and how large the patch is.
