i think its a little hard to tell RIGHT AWAY for the fact, a lot of people tend to lie a little when they first meet someone... not knowing what the other person may think, feel, etc. so dont always make the assumption because they lied about a few things in the beginning, that they are a liar.

YES! It's all in their eyes. If they do not hold eye contact, their eyes are very shifty, they look down and to the sides a lot, they have a shaky voice and seem to be a very fidgety and nervous person.

Assuming you are not dealing with a criminal, look at character traits such as responsibility, self-control, discipline, maturity, and who they have for friends.... not always easy, but if you have a check in your gut, be careful.

can't look into your eyes. but it depends on your eyes too. I can stare people away. some people can't though. You have to look right through them. shifty bastards.
