Pet rocks. They don't eat, so they're cheap. They never sleep, so they're always ready to entertain. They don't poop or shed, so there's no mess.

Really depend on your lifestyle. Cats if you want something independent and resilient. Dogs if you are looking for more of a companion type pet. I have both, the best of both worlds.

Dogs. They are not stuck up like cats. They are friendly and do know how to get along with people. They interact much better than birds or reptiles or rats and mice.

CATS ARE THE BEST PETS BECAUSE THEY ARE BERY INDEPENDENT. JUST FILL UP THE LITTER BOX, AND GO. WITH A DOG YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT TO USE THE BATHROOM. CATS ARE VERY CUDDLY, AND QUIET.

A cat because they are pretty much self sufficient. Just change the litter box every few days and feed them and you are good to go.

I say Dust Bunnies, you can pet them and name them, they dont need food or water and they dont poop in the house.

For me it's a cat......I absolutely love their independence! (well, that, and the fact I think they are one of the most cutests creatures on earth)
