Umm you wouldn't let some stranger just come and touch your private areas would you? It depends on if you're in a relationship or how close you are to a person. If the woman feels comfortable with a man touching her areas than I guess it's alright for her, but in general it's not a very decent thing to do. I don't think you'd want me to go up and grab YOUR "part" would you ? And just touch it and stuff .. . . Same goes for females buddy !
