My daughter and I both have alot of booty and legs and a small waist and we have a terrible time finding jeans that fit. We are not fat. I am a 10/12 and she is a 9/11 junior. The problem is, if it fits our legs and butt the waist is too big and if it fits our waist the legs and butt are too tight. Does anyone know what brand fits our body type? I would like to pay less than $35.00 a pair. We don't even mind if they are from Walmart as long as they fit right.

i hear you girlfriend! if you love your curves and are not afraid to show them try jeans good with stretch like ones that don't stretch to much but fit more like a body shaper. i have the same problem. i don't like wearing belts too much so my jeans have to fit in the waist. my main issue with jeans is that extra fabric in the back of the waist where the booty apparently pushes out and the waist of the goes with it AND the inseam (or zipper part) hangs too low. I HATE THAT. walmart jeans don't fit me right and i've only tried the fashionable ones. the one pair i did buy shrunk so beware. i love my h&h jeans from mervyn's (reg. $40, paid $12.99) but they closed. i also like my two pair of covington jeans (paid 19.99 ) they are on sale for 17.99 this week at sears too. go to sears and try these on. they good for the price. these are my sexy jeans. but i do miss mervyns. every now and then i find a pair at ross for like half the regular price. i don't pay no more than 16.99 there. but i go for the brands i am familiar with. Also, try target since they and mervyns or the same company.

The best thing to do is to buy jeans that fit the way you like in the waist, and butt. Then take the jeans to a seamstress and have the waist altered. That way you know they will fit perfect! :o) Normally, where I live, alterations for jeans run from $10-$15 each pair. Good luck!

Have you tried The Limited? What about Express?
Of course you can't rule out The Gap...they have the widest range of sizes for women and their prices are always reasonable. Start there first then try the other two. You may have to make a date of just going around and shopping for jeans, but once you find a brand that fits then you'll always know where to turn to.

I also have the same problem! I am a size 6 (I usually fit sizes 5-6 and 7-8 in some brands), but have curves! I haven't had a chance to buy anything from here yet, but J-Lo's clothing line was made for people like us!

I assume it's not cheap, but worth it for a good fit. You could also take the jeans you have bought to a local cheapie tailor and have them customized and fit to you.

Good luck!

APPLE BUTTOMS!!! is definitely the best brand for bootiful ladies. It may not be cheap and could cost for about $60 to $100, but it's definitely worth every penny because their jeans are made to fit pear-shaped womens.

what we normally do is buy the jeans that fits our legs because the waist could be altered to fit our waistline and it can be covered by the blouse or shirt that we're wearing.
