If you screwed it up you should pay for the fixing of it. If you didn't do it, ask her for proof that you did. Obviously she's pretty sure you did it or she wouldn't have asked you to pay.

With all the adware and spyware and virus's and bugs and stuff...unless you physically dropped it into a tub of water..I say no..not your fault, based on what limited info you gave.

just tell her you'll go halfs with her that way you and her can still be happy but if you dont pay theres a good chance you wont be friends afterwards

only if you know that you did it. i mean if my best friend tore up my computer then i would not get mad....unless she got on without my permission. but if i let her get on that means i am willing to take that chance.

dont pay. it's her computer. she should have anti virus stuff anyway. and next time dont check you my space account on someone elses computer.
