The order of the planets, as you know are:
Mercury
Venus
Earth
Mars
Jupiter
Saturn
Uranus
Neptune

there is an asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, so it would be the 4 inner planets (which all happen to be smaller and made of rock, as opposed to the other 4 who are large and made mainly of gas)

The main asteroid belt lies between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. The planets closer to the sun than the main belt are:

Mercury
Venus
Earth
Mars

However there are a few asteroids that come inside the orbits of these planets. Some asteroids make a near earth pass from time to time.

Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars alone are the planets before the asteroid belt (though some asteroids have orbit close to sun). Other bodies are comets (like enckle's comet).
