okay this makes me mad i work out alot im pretty built and im still a little flabby i run 2 miles a day and various calastenics
but i still have a layer of fat over my stomach
if i pull my fat down i can SEE THE 6pack
HOW DO I MAKE IT SO THE FAT GOES AWAY?!?!

There are no special food that can burn fat but a combination can help like: Grapefruit in the morning , veges, fruit, lest crab, no fat. And remember it's very important to eat small portions 5-6 times a day . Trust me it will work . good luck

Since this is the MUSIC CATAGORY, I think you should eat your iPod, radio or stereo! You would burn more fat if you did more. I mean, c'mon, you're obviously too lazy to click your question into the right catagory so I'm guessing standing up and sitting back down probally 'just feels' like running 2 miles a day!?!?

I'm not sure if any food can burn the fat already in you! I've never heard of that?? However, the enzymes in veggies do counteract the sugars in fruits.

what you eat is the most important thing!
You should eat 5 times a day..every day at the same time..Don't eat between meals.if you must-eat fruit.but avoid nuts,bananas.. Eat plain meat and vegetables...avoid potatos,spaghetti,every kind of fat and sugar...don't drink soda!sugar in drinks is the worst!Drink water!
There also exist fat burners (pills or drinks)...

I have had no personal experience in this, but I have always heard that eating grapefruit helps to burn fat.

Do pilates.
Food can't burn fat... but what a magical kind of food that'd be if it could. Or maybe there is one, but I think it's speed.

cut your calories to 1200 a day, and burn at least 300 a day on top of that.

Don't eat sugar and white flour. Eat lean meat, whole grains and brown rice, fruits, vegetables, and lowfat dairy.
