Low cut ones for shorts. Tube socks look stupid on any one wearing shorts. Only wear tube socks with pants.

Definitely the low cut ones. The tube socks will make you look like you are from the 60s.

If you have an achilles heel that sticks out and is defined definitely go with the low cut socks. Tube socks look best with any type of pants. Definitely wear the low cut ones if you are wearing shorts.

For me it doesn't make a huge difference (like if I already thought you were hot and I saw you wearing tube socks, I wouldn't be totally turned off) but low cut socks are definitely preferable. I think it's really sexy when guys are lounging around and their jeans come up a little so you can see the bare skin between their jeans and their socks ;)

Depends on the rest of your dress, shorts or pants, you definitely don't want to wear tube socks with shorts, but with pants who cares, as long as they are both the same color and your toes don't hang out the end.
