i have heard about how you can download software to save movies on to a umd disk den put on psp...is that true

It is possible to transfer movies to memory cards to watch on a psp. There is currently no way to burn your own umd discs. Sony have a very tight control over the actual media and burning devices.

If you do a search on yahoo or google there are step by step instructions, but they may violate the DMCA (digital millennium copyright act) so we shall assume this is so you kids can watch home videos not hollywood hits.
