If a hemorrhoid (I hope it is a hemorrhoid) isn't really painful, is it ok to just let it be.?

Hemorrhoids are only painful when they are swollen and irritated so they are generally not painful. Yes it is fine to just leave it alone. If you are not sure if it is a hemorrhoid you may want to get it checked but otherwise you should be fine.

I had one, it was swollen and it hurt a lot, but I left it alone and now it is gone. I would give it a little bit of time to heal, but definitly call your doctor if it gets worse or won't go away.

i dunno specificly about hemorrhoid,

1>eat more fiber in vegetable and fruit
2>drink 8 glasses mineral water per day
3>have enough sleep
4>don"t sit for long time
5>do enough sport
