Think about your past experiences and your skills and how they apply to the job you are trying to get. Then specifically tell them that along with those items (remember to specifically say items which are related to the job you are applying for) and a new employee you will be able to offer the company an "outsider's look" into the business. Sometime people do things because that is they way they have always done them, not because it is the most efficient way. Sometimes people need to step back to look in. By being new, after you have been properly trained, you will be able to offer the company a fresh view that will consist of a compromise of the items that have traditionally worked for them and the new ideas you have which will make the company more efficient.

Talk about your experience especially if it compliments the job you are seeking. Also talk about the things that the Employer might not get from simply reading your credentials. This might include special skills and extra experience such as voluntary work as well as personality (don't get to arrogant about it).

"Because I'm qualified, hard working and think I would be an asset to your company".If this is your 1st job, and you haven't done this type of work but know you can, tell them you "learn quickly and are a hard worker".
