Here's a way to help you figure it out in the future:

The sun comes up in the east, which means that the world is turning toward the east. In other words, the east sees the sun before the west does.

Also, there are four time zones in the U.S. From east to west they are Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific.

That means that the Pacific Time Zone is 3 hours behind the Eastern Time Zone. (Because the east sees the sun 3 hours earlier than the Pacific does.)

Pacific Time is always 3 hours behind East Coast Time:
That includes day light savings time in the Spring in March or April and in the Fall in October.
Remember :in the Spring the clocks move forward 1 Hour ("Spring Forward") We lose an of Sleep, the daylight is longer.
In the Fall the clocks are turned back 1 Hour ("Fall Back").We gain 1 hour of sleep, daylight is shorter.

1:00 a.m. on East Coast-10:00 p.m. on Pacific Coast.

If point A and Point B are in the same country (America and Canada have daylight savings time in effect), the answer would be 10:00 pm.
