Christmas morning. Couldn't bear the thought of opening them on Christmas Eve and then getting up on Christmas morning and not having anything to open. It would just take all of the magic out of it for me and hubby.

It's always been Christmas morning! As a child we opened them then since that way Santa could come! We did though get to open 1 gift on Christmas Eve then had to wait for the rest until the next day.

When we were little and still believed in Santa, it was Christmas morning, bright and early. As we got older, we got to open one gift on Christmas Eve and the rest in the morning. Now that we're even more older and out of the house it just depends on how busy everyone is and when we can get together. Last year we got together on Christmas Eve.

When To Open Christmas Presents

When I was a small child, we went to visit my father's family. They opened their gifts on Christmas Eve. When I woke up the next morning I had Santa's gifts but nothing to open. I felt really let down and I vowed that I would always open gifts on Christmas morning. It just seems right somehow.

Both! As a product of divorce I have always had two Christmas's. I would go to my father's house on Christmas Eve and spend Christmas morning with my mother. Now that I'm engaged..I have three Christmas's...two on Christmas Eve and one on Christmas morning. I know...it confuses me too! Lol.
