you won't know the only way you will know that if you got a very good virus protection and a excellent firewall. i have register cleaner. and i have vi-robot expert version4.0 with professional shield firewall. if you have anything laser then this.

2-spybot-search@detroy it free (donate if you can)
3-vi-robot expert version 4.0 (not free) if you get this program and install it in your computer your going to be shock to see how many people are trying to get in your computer. i was shock when i got it and i am very happy about it .now i know i am safe these are the protection i have.

there is, sort of...

generate a fake website, for example www.yourrealname.com now fill the website up with just your name. it means that if any traffic goes to the site they are finding you by name on the search engines.

There's no way to find out unless you have a hit counter on your webpage or something. But even a hit counter won't tell you who saw the page.
