well if you could weigh just the water itself, it would weigh approximately 8 pounds. that is USA and earth weight...
now it all depends on what you weigh it in, a balloon..then 8 pounds,
a metal pan, a little over 8.5 pounds
and of course in a cement bowl.. 27.2 pounds, and if you wait a little to long the water will come out of the cement bowl and it will weigh only 19.2 pounds...
