If you have friends plotting things behind your back that are cruel and not supportive of you then you obviously need to look for a better grade of friend. Truly good friends are hard to come by. But if your hanging out with people who pull dirty tricks behind your back, plot against you as a group to pull pranks on you or are not there supporting you when you need some back up then they are acquaintances whose company you'd do better without. Not friends.
A friend is one who knows all about you
and loves you just the same!
is a good rule of thumb.
they don't use your weakness to poke you full of holes or do their best to stomp on your self confidence or dignity. A true friend is the one standing there to catch you when fall miserably on your face from a mistake or failure. They pick you up, brush you off and help you have the self confidence to try again!
Find you some friends. Sounds like you don't have any who deserve you!

get new friends, walk away..... forgive them.... not much else you can do.... dont do anything bad, especially anything equally bad or worse than what they did to you, because those just scar you for life. You may have been scarred by betrayal, but it is so much easier to get over something someone else did to you because you had no control over it, but for something you did yourself.....
