Best areas are Delhi and Mumbai. These two are the fastest groeing in size and real estate value.
Though investment in the real estate market in Chengdu, China is a better bet as thiscity is proclaimed to be the New York City of the 21st century.

Delhi NCR is the best place for property investment which can give you maximum returns for both commercial/residential.

according to me you should put your money in commercial property in India, especially in NCR Resigin north india
